During times of misfortune, we often seek solace from others, believing that their support is essential for our relief. However, true help comes from within; the strength to move forward resides inside us. We may cry, laugh, feel fear, or anger, but ultimately, it is we who must care for ourselves. The power of self-healing lies in our ability to emotionally support ourselves through both good and bad times. These emotions are interconnected, each one drawing strength from the others, fostering growth and resilience.
